- Only 5¢ per minute for ALL domestic calls with a low 99¢ connection fee per call.
- Only 5¢ per minute for calls to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada and Western Europe with a low 99¢ connection fee per call.
- No monthly service fee.
- 60 second minimum applies.
- Rates exclude governmental taxes and fees, including the Universal Service Fund, similar state funds, carrier cost recovery fees as applicable.

- Q: How do I use it? What are the dialing instructions?
- A: Simply dial 10-10-373 + 1 + area code + phone number to complete a call within the U.S. and Canada. To make an international call, dial 10-10-373 + 011 + country code + city code + phone number. Do not pause between dialing 10-10-373 and the number you are dialing.
- Q: How will I be billed?
- A: Your invoice for using 10-10-373 will appear on your local telephone bill. The label on the charges will be “Excel” because Excel Telecommunications offer the service through a joint marketing effort with El Mexicano.
- Q: What is a “USF” Fee?
- A: There may be Federal and/or State USF fees on your bill based on long distance usage. The charge provides discounted telecommunications services to schools, libraries, low income, and rural areas.
- Q: What is “Carrier Cost Recovery Fee”
- A: In some cases, a carrier charge recovery fee for $1 is assessed to recover billing expenses. The charge is applied every month in which a telephone number has interstate and/or international usage. If that telephone number has only intrastate usage and no interstate or international usage within a month, the $1.00 charge would not be applied. These charges appear on a separate line as “Carrier Cost Recovery Fee”.
